Gone in 90 minutes - Christmas crackdown on drink drive idiots

Traditionally, Chrimbo is a time where complete bellend's decide that it is acceptable to be intoxicated with alcohol and drive a car.

Wrong.

It is a disgusting habit that can ruin lives esp. of those of the victims of a drink driver. The loss of life can easily be avoided.

I am pleased to see this initiative by the police this festive period as reported in today's Metro, and hope it is rolled out 365 days of the year. My only addition would be to instantly crush the car of the drink driver - no questions asked. And if the convicted driver complains, well tough - please then explain why you thought it was acceptable to drink 'x' pints and still believe it is OK to drive......
